Enablement and Training Content Samples

Confidentiality Note Due to confidentiality agreements with previous employers, I am unable to share certain internal LMS courses, proprietary client materials, or full production assets.

Instead, I have prepared the following targeted samples. Each one is adapted directly from real technical documentation and training materials I authored. For the MSN adCenter API Training and Procore Correspondence Tool training, I have also included direct links to the original materials I created.

My Background in Enablement & Technical Documentation

I have spent more than 15 years creating enablement content, technical documentation, and training materials for developers, customer-facing teams, and internal contributors.

At Microsoft, I worked as a Programming Writer on the Windows CE Embedded and MSN teams, authoring detailed API documentation with code samples and managing a team of four writers. I was the lead writer for the Communications and Networking area and delivered training to beta customers in Paris and London using the MSN adCenter API Training deck I authored.

At Rackspace, as a Senior Information Developer, I created developer guides and KB articles for the Rackspace Public Cloud API, working in an Agile environment and using Docs-as-Code practices with GitHub.

At DXC (formerly CSC), I served as Senior Technical Publications Team Manager. In addition to managing the writing team and content infrastructure, I authored key guides such as the Docker Swarm Service Adapter Guide and contributed to the Agility Platform and AWS Managed Services content. I also helped implement a full Docs-as-Code pipeline integrated with the product’s CI/CD process.

At Procore, I authored enablement and customer success playbooks as well as developer content, helping customer-facing teams and partners effectively use the platform.

Most recently, as Queue Manager at Outlier.ai, I created internal training for contributors on REST APIs and rubric writing for AI model training.

These experiences have given me a strong foundation in instructional design, cross-functional collaboration, and turning complex technical topics into clear, practical assets for both technical and customer-facing audiences.

How These Samples Were Created
Each asset follows adult-learning principles (clear objectives, practical application, quick reinforcement) and uses structured methods similar to ADDIE. They are designed to be published directly in Highspot or Cornerstone and support key enablement initiatives such as onboarding, product education, release readiness, and ongoing field reinforcement.

Next Step
I’m happy to walk through any of these samples live, expand them, or create additional assets tailored to your specific needs. Please feel free to reach out!
