I’m a Technical Enablement Specialist with 15+ years turning complex tools into clear, practical content that customer-facing teams and developers can actually use every day.

At Microsoft I designed and delivered multi-media training programs for support agents and enablement teams on Office 365 — live sessions, video tutorials, detailed guides, and hands-on labs.
At Procore I created Getting Started training, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) modules, and the Correspondence Tool playbook that helped sales and customer success teams work more efficiently.

My approach is always practical and learner-centered. I design talk tracks, objection handlers, demo scripts, quick-reference guides, and hands-on learning paths that people can use “in the flow of work.”

I’m particularly passionate about modern enablement in DevSecOps and AI-powered platforms like GitLab Duo. I thrive in collaborative, async environments where clear communication and measurable impact matter most.
