I completed the iMBA program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2025. The curriculum gave me a strong foundation in strategic leadership, digital marketing, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Key courses included Digital Marketing Strategy, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Data-Driven Decision Making, AI and Machine Learning in Business, and Product Management.
Through real-world case studies and team projects, I learned how to translate complex business and technical concepts into practical, user-focused solutions — skills I now apply directly to every enablement playbook, talk track, and learning path I create.
In addition, I completed specialized coursework in Human-Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington (UW HCDE). This program deepened my expertise in user research, design thinking, and creating intuitive experiences that truly meet the needs of end users — directly enhancing my ability to design learner-centered enablement content.
